📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
• Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operational improvements.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on operational best practices and compliance requirements.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.
• Participating in process reengineering initiatives to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations excellence, audit, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, KPIs, and compliance requirements.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and audit software such as SAP or Oracle.
