🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, manufacturing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of implementing and managing poka-yoke systems.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in using quality control software such as Minitab, SPSS, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a significant advantage.
