📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate the maintenance activities of our infrastructure, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement a proactive maintenance strategy to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of our facilities.
• Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of our infrastructure, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with other operational functions.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Foster a safety-conscious culture within the maintenance team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance, with a proven track record in leading maintenance teams.
• Certification in Predictive Maintenance or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
