As a Kitchen Staff at Erajaya, you will be at the heart of our culinary operations. Your daily tasks will include preparing and cooking meals, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring food safety and quality. You will work closely with our chefs and other kitchen staff to deliver high-quality meals that meet our customers' expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
• Ensure food safety and quality by following proper handling and storage procedures.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Follow health and safety regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with chefs and other kitchen staff.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced F&B environment.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
