📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to meet company objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of commercial vehicles, including maintenance, insurance, and depreciation.
• Negotiate leasing terms with customers and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Track vehicle performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new leasing opportunities.
• Manage contracts and ensure timely renewals and payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle leasing or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful leasing strategies.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software such as Fleetmatics or Manheim.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible work-from-home arrangement (2 days per week).
