📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct comprehensive quality checks on IT projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of performance and reliability.
Identify and resolve issues before deployment, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and validate critical IT systems.
Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow to manage and track project progress.
Document project implementations and quality checks for future reference and compliance.
Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices to continuously improve our systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures during project implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project quality control and implementation.
Proven experience with IT project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and project management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
Certifications in IT project management or relevant certifications are a plus.
