As an HR Executive / Senior HR Executive, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with department heads to understand business needs and ensure that the right talent is in place to support our company's goals. With your expertise in HRIS systems like BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors, you will streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Coordinate with department heads to understand business needs and ensure that the right talent is in place.
Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
Familiarity with HRIS systems like BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
