📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our palm oil plantations across Kalimantan, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance sustainability and profitability.
• Manage a team of 50+ employees, providing leadership and mentorship to drive performance and growth.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor and improve farming practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and operational excellence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in the palm oil industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale agricultural operations.
• Strong understanding of sustainable farming practices and environmental regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in agricultural management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel frequently to Kalimantan.
