📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports using advanced Excel, Power BI, and SAP tools.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow, supporting strategic planning and budgeting processes.
• Conduct market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks for the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data for reporting and decision-making.
• Assist in the implementation of financial controls and internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business growth and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, with a strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP, with experience in developing and maintaining financial models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and best practices in consumer electronics.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
