📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels using SAP software
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries
• Assist in store setup and maintenance
• Monitor sales performance and report to the store manager
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in training new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory management software is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Familiarity with the ceramic industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
