📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive quality checks on IT projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of performance and reliability.
• Identify and resolve issues before deployment, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and validate critical IT systems.
• Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow to manage and track project progress.
• Document project implementations and quality checks for future reference and compliance.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices to continuously improve our systems.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures during project implementation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project quality control and implementation.
• Proven experience with IT project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and project management principles.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Certifications in IT project management or relevant certifications are a plus.
