📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or similar software,Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects,Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met,Review and approve architectural drawings and cost estimates prepared by junior staff,Maintain and update project files and records,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architectural drafting and estimating,Attend project meetings and provide input as needed,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural drafting and estimating,Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software,Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Experience in working with contractors and subcontractors is a plus
