📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Overseeing all aspects of operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.
  • Ensuring that production schedules are met and that quality standards are maintained.
  • Managing the operations team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitoring and analyzing operational data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Leading and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
