📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
• Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Design and execute promotional campaigns, including email marketing and paid advertising.
• Organize and promote events, workshops, and special offers to attract and retain clients.
• Collaborate with the clinic’s team to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
• Analyze marketing performance and provide data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the beauty and wellness industry to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective.
• Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and brand loyalty through exceptional communication and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.
• Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Experience with graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
