📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Develop and implement IT security measures to protect the company's data and systems.,Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and execute IT projects.,Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior IT staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.,Certifications such as MCSE, CCNA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
