📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Manage and mentor a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to help them succeed.,Implement and monitor retail strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.,Lead and participate in training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the store team.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely stock replenishment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail industry trends, best practices, and strategies.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
