Express Direct Unggul is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security professional to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations, ensuring the safety and security of our employees and assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day security operations of the office and surrounding areas.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections to identify and mitigate potential security risks.,Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.,Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other security personnel as needed.,Train and mentor junior security staff to ensure high levels of performance and professionalism.,Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports.,Ensure the proper functioning of all security equipment, including CCTV systems and access control systems.,Handle security incidents and emergencies, providing immediate and appropriate responses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a corporate or high-security environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of security regulations, laws, and best practices.,Valid security clearance and certification (e.g., SATPAM, Security Supervisor).,Experience with CCTV systems, access control systems, and other security technologies.
