📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians.,Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.,Perform and document laboratory tests and analyses.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.,Manage inventory and procurement of laboratory supplies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality control.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Lab Technician or similar role.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and quality assurance principles.,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control.
