📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including administrative tasks and office maintenance.
• Ensure the office is clean, safe, and comfortable for all employees.
• Handle office supplies, equipment, and facilities, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in organizing and managing office events and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle office security and access control.
• Provide support to the HR team for office-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with office management software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in using Indonesian and English languages.
