In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to the management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.,Providing strategic financial advice to the management and board of directors.,Managing the financial performance of the company and identifying areas for improvement.,Overseeing the payroll and accounting functions, including ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and maintaining accurate financial records.,Leading a team of finance professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.,Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures and opportunities for growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
