📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of fishing vessels, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities.,Ensure the safety and well-being of the crew, including conducting regular safety inspections and providing training when necessary.,Monitor and maintain the performance of fishing equipment, ensuring optimal efficiency and effectiveness.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of fishing activities and the timely delivery of catch.,Maintain accurate records of fishing activities, including catch reports, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.,Participate in the recruitment and training of new crew members to ensure a well-trained and skilled team.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards in the maritime industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.,Valid Captain's license and other relevant maritime certifications.,Strong knowledge of fishing techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the crew.,Proficient in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, often under pressure.,Experience in managing and maintaining fishing vessels and equipment is a plus.
