📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, schedule, and track freight shipments using SAP or similar logistics management systems.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and clients to ensure seamless end-to-end freight movements.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and manage freight contracts.
• Manage documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs clearance documents.
• Monitor freight costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of freight movements and performance metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight coordination or a similar role in international logistics.
• Proven experience with logistics management systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
