📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Create and maintain user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational content.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Support the technical writing team in meeting project deadlines and quality standards.,Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
