📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.,Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.,Foster a positive and inclusive company culture.,Lead and mentor junior HR staff.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record in managing HR functions and driving organizational change.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technology tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
