📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee and manage daily operations of the facility to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international regulations and standards.,Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.,Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.,Manage and mentor junior facility officers and staff.,Ensure the safety and security of the facility and its occupants.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all facility operations and compliance activities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, operations, and compliance.,Proven experience in managing and supervising facility staff.,Strong knowledge of facility management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to facility management.,Familiarity with international standards and best practices in facility management.🛠️ Keahlian
