📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the sales and distribution operations in Bantul.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Ensure timely and efficient distribution of products.,Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for expansion.,Report to senior management on sales performance and market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and management roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and management software.,Understanding of the retail or distribution industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
