📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and prepare job descriptions and specifications,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather information and provide feedback on candidates,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
