📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of logistics operations including inventory, transportation, and warehousing.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations.,Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare reports for management.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and manage the performance of the logistics team, providing training and support as needed.,Identify and implement improvements to logistics processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
