📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including presentations, videos, and manuals.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on various topics.,Assess training needs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Support the HR team in various projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using learning management systems and training software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning.
