📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Supervisor in managing and coordinating daily clinic operations,Oversee the work of dental hygienists and assistants to ensure high-quality patient care,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical charts,Schedule appointments and manage patient communications,Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulations,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback and support,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for staff,Handle patient inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Knowledge of dental software and technology,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
