📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of quality and service.,Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain smooth operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and provide training.,Work closely with the management team to achieve business goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food service industry.,Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.,Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with bakery equipment and processes is a plus.
