📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment collection, and follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular reports to management.
• Implement and enforce company policies related to accounts receivable.
• Train and mentor junior staff on accounts receivable procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Balinese culture and local business practices is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
